Performing the development of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML) and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) scripts for integration into the systems developed as a full solution; 2. Design database and managing data interfaces which includes developing processes for data quality assurance, data governance, data security and data confidentiality; 3. Conceptualize and design innovative projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables; 4. Conduct Integration Test, User Acceptance Test and performance Test, maintain deployment and support application services; 5. Designing, implementing, enhancing, securing and monitoring multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments; 6. Leading and managing vendors and/or contractors for development of innovative applications and implementation of infrastructure; and 7. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors. Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; A. Design, develop, and test small-to-medium scaled LLM, ML and RAG related systems to meet business requirements; B. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications; C. Support ongoing development and testing of AI models to ensure seamless integration into the developed systems; D. Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy; E. Construct system flow chart, function requirement documents, system design and procedure documents; F. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data catalogs to ensure data definitions are consistent across the organization; G. Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy; H. Evaluate, configure and maintain emerging cloud and AI technologies; I. Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data storage and retrieval systems that support AI model training and testing processes; and J. Perform research on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements i. Degree in computer subjects or related disciplines; ii. 4 years or above hands‑on experience in IT application development of which 2 years must be in AI capacity; iii. 3 years or above hands‑on experience in programming language such as Python / JavaScript and database system such as Relational database / NoSQL database / Vector database; iv. 3 years knowledge and experience in managing cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, HuaWei, etc; v. 1 year or above hands‑on experience with developing RAG applications and deploying on‑premise LLM; vi. 1 year or above experience in managing and utilizing Huawei NPU, MetaX GPU and Nvidia GPU cluster; vii. Adequate knowledge and experience in application systems using container deployment, such as Docker and Kubernetes; viii. Adequate knowledge and experience in project management, possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred; ix. Solid experience in Linux and database administration; x. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work; xi. Creative, analytical, self‑initiative, responsible and well‑organized; xii. Excellent knowledge and experience in system design and database design; xiii. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; xiv. Excellent interpersonal relationship and emotion management; xv. Experience application deployment procedures, source code version control, issues management is a plus; and xvi. Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day (if necessary). Technical Skills At least 4 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S); At least 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); At least 3 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); At least 3 years' experience in Object‑oriented Analysis and Design (OOA); At least 2 years' experience in Data Management (DMT); At least 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF); At least 1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM). Non‑technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM); At least 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post‑qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
