Sales Executive

Precision Lifts Ltd, a subsidiary of Anlev Elevator Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role will be based in the UK, focusing on our existing contract sales, as well as driving sales in repairs and major projects. We’re seeking driven, results‑focused individuals with a proven sales background in the lift industry. Previous technical or engineering knowledge will be a strong advantage. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong foundation relationships with all internal and external clients and expand a fresh customer base beyond the existing portfolio. Deliver accurate and timely quotations, tenders, and responses to sales leads (recommendations, upgrades, exclusions, etc.). Maintain a quotation register tracking status, validity, win/loss analysis, and improvement actions. Undertake site‑based surveys and condition reports to support accurate quotations and proposals. Attend site meetings to determine technical and functional requirements for complex opportunities. Maintain clear and up‑to‑date sales pipeline data, including volumes, margins, values, and forecast reports. Participate in monthly reviews with line management to evaluate progress and identify improvements. Manage the entire customer journey, ensuring transparency and quality of communication throughout the sales and delivery process. Create and deliver professional client presentations highlighting service offerings and value propositions. Provide guidance and opportunity identification to the Repairs team regarding dilapidation or contract‑allowance works. Foster collaboration with internal departments and businesses to enhance service offerings and improve profitability. Requirements: The successful candidate must: Hold an NVQ level 3 or equivalent lift technical knowledge. Must have several years’ proven sales experience in lift industry.
