As part of our digital expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our online storefronts across key Southeast Asian markets. Job Purpose To ensure the flawless day-to-day operation and commercial performance of 6ixty8ight’s official stores on Shopee, Zalora, and Lazada in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. You will be the operational backbone of these platforms, handling everything from product listing to order fulfillment and customer service coordination, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Platform & Product Management Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos, variants) to align with platform best practices and local market trends. Manage inventory synchronization across all platforms and markets to prevent overselling. Execute pricing strategies, including promotions, flash sales, and voucher campaigns, as per the regional calendar. Conduct regular audits of competitor activity and market pricing. 2. Sales, Campaign & Promotion Execution Implement and monitor daily promotional activities, platform-sponsored campaigns (e.g., Lazada Bonus Sale, Shopee Super Sale). Track campaign performance against targets (traffic, conversion, GMV). Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt assets (graphics, banners) for each platform and market. 3. Order & Logistics Coordination Monitor the order management system daily; process and confirm orders efficiently. Liaise with warehouses and logistics partners (3PL) in each market to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment. Track and resolve any logistics issues (lost parcels, delivery exceptions) by coordinating with platform logistics teams and 3PLs. Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with platform and brand policies. 4. Customer Service & Reputation Management Serve as the primary liaison with the centralized customer service team, escalating and resolving platform-specific customer inquiries (e.g., order status, product issues). Monitor and respond to product reviews and ratings across all stores to protect brand reputation. Analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues and propose operational improvements. 5. Reporting & Analysis Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance, stock levels, and campaign ROI. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to the regional manager based on data. Experience & Qualifications Experience: 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations, specifically managing marketplaces in Southeast Asia. Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing at least two of the three stated platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora). Familiarity with their Seller Centres, promotional tools, and analytics dashboards is essential. Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of cross‑border and local logistics, fulfillment processes, and basic customs documentation for Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using platform analytics and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to track performance and generate reports. Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for communication with regional teams and some vendors. Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin for SG/MY/TW markets is advantageous. Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational and problem‑solving skills, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and a proactive, "can‑do" attitude. Experience in the fashion, lingerie, or lifestyle retail sector. Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social media). Experience with e‑commerce management tools (e.g., ChannelEngine, EKOM) or ERP systems. Who are we looking for? Market Nuance Expertise: The ideal candidate should appreciate the subtle differences between the Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysian consumers—from preferred payment methods (e.g., PayNow, FPS, Boost) to festival sales cycles and cultural trends. Legal & Tax Basics: Awareness of basic GST/VAT/Tax regulations for e‑commerce in the three markets is a significant advantage to ensure compliance in pricing and reporting. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn new platform interfaces and potentially integrate basic third‑party tools for efficiency. Shift Flexibility: While based in HK, may occasionally need to accommodate virtual meetings outside standard HK hours to align with SG/MY/TW time zones, especially during major campaign launches.
