Supervisor – E-Commerce

To support our growing online business, we are looking for a Supervisor – E-Commerce & Digital to oversee daily e-commerce operations and digital marketing performance across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a results‑driven, data‑savvy marketer who takes ownership of platforms, campaigns and CRM to drive strong sales and customer growth. What You Will Deliver Supervise and execute daily operations across multiple e-commerce channels and official e-shops to achieve sales and performance targets. Develop and implement strategic business plans and action calendars to achieve e-commerce revenue, traffic and conversion goals. Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including KOLs, livestreams, Google and Meta/FB/IG ads, plus onsite marketplace promotions. Prepare regular performance reports on e-commerce and digital activities, analyze key metrics and provide actionable recommendations for growth. Conduct ongoing market research on competitors, platforms and consumer behavior, and share insights with management to support decision‑making. Oversee day‑to‑day e-commerce operations, including content updates, product listings, pricing, logistics coordination, promotions, customer service follow‑up and basic inventory control. Supervise content and digital marketing assets, including SEO/SEM, e‑shop and social media content, and advertising materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Plan and manage CRM initiatives to analyze customer behavior, enhance loyalty and improve the overall digital customer experience, including MMS, SMS, eDM and WhatsApp communications. Lead and coach a subordinate responsible for e-commerce and digital execution, providing guidance, feedback and day‑to‑day support to ensure high‑quality delivery. Collaborate closely with internal teams (brand, marketing, sales, CS), external agencies and warehouse / operations partners to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution, and handle ad hoc projects as assigned. Who You Are Degree holder, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketing or a related discipline. At least 4–5 years of solid experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with hands‑on exposure to marketplaces, paid media and CRM. Result‑oriented and sales‑driven, with a strong focus on achieving clear targets, KPIs and performance metrics. Creative thinking with a test‑and‑learn mindset, always looking for new ideas to improve traffic, conversion and customer engagement. Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce will be an advantage. Experience in skincare, beauty or FMCG is preferred but not a must. Strong organization, planning and project management skills, with an analytical mind and good attention to detail. Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin; English reading/writing ability and proficiency in MS Office / basic e‑commerce tools are required.
