Responsibilities Work independently and assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations. Maintain good communication with suppliers (warehouses, transporters, freight forwarders) and clients. Ensure the operational processes of outsourced contractors run smoothly. Ensure timely and accurate outbound/inbound shipment of goods. Maintain a good relationship with colleagues. Normal work shift is Monday to Saturday - 9am - 6pm, may be required to work on a rotating shift during holidays for sales promotion periods. Understanding of e-commerce and logistics operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Basic Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel). Proficiency in Cantonese and basic English.
