About the Role: This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished Corporate Key Account Manager to drive the growth of our luxury accessories business within Hong Kong's corporate sector. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with major corporations across industries such as insurance, banking, IT, and other VIP-focused businesses, positioning our luxury products as their premier choice for corporate gifting and client retention. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand presence within Hong Kong's corporate sector, focusing on industries with significant VIP retention budgets. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in HR, Marketing, and C‑suite levels across target corporations. Position our luxury accessories as the premier choice for corporate gifting, client appreciation, and employee reward programs. Create and present bespoke proposals and customized solutions that address corporate clients' specific VIP retention and gifting needs. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities while maximizing revenue from existing corporate accounts. Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to develop tailored corporate gifting programs and exclusive collections. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the corporate gifting landscape to maintain competitive advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate key account management, preferably in luxury goods, premium gifting, or B2B sales. Proven track record of working with major corporations in industries such as financial services, insurance, technology, or professional services. Strong existing network and understanding of Hong Kong's corporate gifting landscape and VIP retention practices. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with C‑level executives. Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies.
