3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Technical Account Manager – AI & Data Solutions (Financial Services) Location: Hong Kong Our client is a global technology firm driving digital transformation across the banking, insurance, and fintech sectors. Their AI‑powered and data‑driven solutions enable enterprise clients to improve automation, compliance, and customer experience. As the Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between enterprise clients and internal engineering teams — combining technical expertise, client management, and project delivery to implement scalable data and AI solutions across Hong Kong and Singapore. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients in banking, insurance, and fintech sectors. Engage key stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear technical requirements. Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design AI, cloud, and data‑centric solutions tailored to client needs. Provide ongoing advisory on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Advise clients on API integration, enterprise IT architecture, and security best practices. Coordinate between clients, engineers, and product teams to maintain alignment and project visibility. Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross‑selling within existing clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solution engineering, or system implementation within financial services. Experience managing accounts for HSBC or other Tier 1 banks is highly advantageous. Proven track record managing enterprise clients such as leading banks or insurers. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, AI/ML tools, and enterprise integration. Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
