Technical Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant will be responsible for compliance and conformity of the Company's accounting and reporting with applicable accounting frameworks as well as relevant financial reporting rules and regulations. He / she will also provide technical accounting advices and business solutions to the Company's management and business units on complex transactions. Support the compilation of the Company’s financial statements, including the application of accounting policies, estimates and judgment as well as the reporting, presentation and disclosure of financial information in accordance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS and relevant rules and regulations such as Regulation S-X and Hong Kong Listing Rules; Provide accounting interpretation and practical solutions in relation to complex transactions and technical accounting issues, with consideration of the applicable accounting standards, the Company’s accounting policies, technical views from accounting firms and market practices; Review and advise on the Company’s acquisitions, investments and capital market transactions regarding the deal structure and the implications to the Company’s accounting and reporting; Coordinate the due diligence and / or valuation work in relation to the Company’s acquisitions, investments, financial instruments and share awards; Liaise with the Company’s auditors for technical accounting issues, perform accounting assessments and prepare accounting memos on technical accounting issues to fulfil the audit requirements; Assess the impact of new accounting standards and pronouncements, develop the Company’s accounting policies and design relevant processes and internal controls over financial reporting; Organize training and provide knowledge sharing on different accounting topics with finance personnel and other departments; Other ad hoc assignments and special projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
