About the Company / 公司简介 China multinational company 中国跨国公司 International trading: natural resources, precious metals, iron & steel, coal, minerals, and more 国际贸易业务涵盖天然资源、贵金属、钢铁、煤炭、矿产等 Serving the global market 服务全球市场 Job Description / 职位描述 Work collaboratively within the Order Processing team to ensure smooth operations 在订单处理团队中协作配合，确保业务顺畅进行 Responsible for tracking and managing import/export contracts 负责进出口合同的跟踪与管理 Process customer orders, quotations, confirmations, and delivery arrangements 处理客户订单、报价、确认及交货安排 Monitor shipping documentation progress and provide schedules to sales team 跟进船务文件进度，并向销售团队提供时间表 Handle customs declaration, CO, shipment booking, shipping, L/C, foreign exchange, and related documentation 负责报关、原产地证、订舱、发货、信用证、外汇及相关文件处理 Coordinate with finance team on customer payment status 与财务团队协调客户付款状态 Prepare sales reports and manage recovery of write-off orders 编制销售报告并管理核销订单的回收工作 Submit accurate and timely documentation to finance for financial write-offs 向财务部门提交准确及时的文件以进行财务核销 Ideal Candidates / 理想人选 Degree holder 本科或以上学历 1+ years of experience in trading, shipping documentation, logistics or related 拥有1年以上贸易、船务文件、物流或相关领域经验 An advantage: experience in commodities, natural resources, or iron/steel trading 具备大宗商品、天然资源或钢铁贸易经验者优先 Good communications in English, Chinese and Mandarin 具备良好的英语、中文及普通话沟通能力 Skilled in Microsoft Office applications 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件 Terms & Benefits / 工作条件与福利 5-day work week 每周五天工作制 Annual leave: 12 days 年假：12天 13-month salary plus performance bonus 13个月薪资 + 绩效奖金 Lunch allowance 午餐补贴 Overtime paid 加班有薪酬 Supportive work-life balance culture 倡导工作与生活平衡的企业文化 To Apply For This Job Or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purpose only.
