Business Development Manager We are a well-established motor manufacturing and product assembly group headquartered in Hong Kong, with production plants in Southern China and Mexico, and offices in the United States and Korea. Due to our continued success and growth, an excellent career opportunity has arisen. We seek a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position. Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of account managers, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and goals. Establish project prioritization and pricing strategies that align with our strategic plan. Provide actionable project and commercial solutions to steer the Business Development (BD) team. Offer regular updates on sales and new business performance, driving the team towards achieving company budget targets. Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing team to promote product segments and ensure product information is updated and distributed to all regional sales teams. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize product development and ongoing projects. Oversee all administrative functions within the Business Development team. Requirements 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, budget management, and market knowledge. Engineering background in motor design and manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong leadership and management skills to drive business growth alongside account managers, with a focus on coaching and developing subordinates. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments, leading teams toward business growth. Strong soft skills for managing and building relationships with diverse stakeholders across the company. Excellent proficiency in office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Willingness to travel to production sites and handle customer visits both locally and internationally.
