Job Description Lead or participate in managing and troubleshooting all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area. Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks. Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Work with local and global vendors for implementation and problem resolution. Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards. Collaborate with local and regional teams and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. The Successful Applicant Minimum 4 years of experience in Technology Systems Engineering, Architecture, or Infrastructure. Strong desktop support experience (preferably trading floor and executive support). Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration and troubleshooting. Skilled in mobile and remote device support, MS Entra, and Intune administration. Experience in video conference support and office restack projects. Solid incident management capabilities. Fluency in spoken and written English and Japanese. Knowledge of cloud services and architecture (preferred). Familiarity with AI technologies, including Generic and LLM AI (preferred). Ability to script for operational tasks (preferred). Project management skills and experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence (preferred).
