Responsibilities Take a sales‑driven role to achieve assigned sales targets and generate sales revenue for the company. Establish close and trustful relationships with existing customers, including Telco partners, aggregator and internal customers. Achieve sales targets and KPIs (revenue, margin and number of new accounts) for each product assigned by the team head. Develop new businesses and strategy partnerships for Voice & A2P SMS wholesale cooperation. Develop market and sales strategies to achieve targets with the management of existing partners. Coordinate with different departments to set up pricing strategy, improve and develop product offerings, and coordinate marketing events. Travel for business: attend international conferences, maintain customer relationships and develop new business overseas. Promote and enhance the company brand image by demonstrating sustainable professionalism at work. Qualifications Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with experience in the telecommunications industry. Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple priorities. Demonstrated skills in relationship building and management. Knowledge of telecom technology and product portfolio in the wholesale market. Previous sales achievement is preferred as reference. Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to interact and work effectively with a broad range of China Telecom functional areas. Outgoing, aggressive, responsible and proactive character. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). Frequent travel required.
