Develop relationships: Establish long term relationships with an assigned Premier clientele portfolio. Manage wealth: Match our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs. Customer focus: Demonstrate genuine curiosity about customers, helping them reach their financial ambitions. Connect with specialists: Connect with product Specialists to provide more advanced technical input to identify and fulfill multiple needs with customers. Promote Premier Service: Promote our Premier Service to potential customers, exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units where appropriate. Support branch initiatives: Support branch improvement initiatives, providing customer feedback of our Service and ensuring compliance with audit Requirements and quality assurance. Adhere to compliance: Understand and adhere to local and global compliance. Maintain operational integrity: Maintain the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC and adhere to the business Principles and Values of HSBC. Who are they looking for? Education: University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline. Experience: Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability. Skills: Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Mindset: High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers. Market understanding: Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets. Independence: Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure. Commercial orientation: Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills. Language proficiency: Fluency in Cantonese and English, with additional languages is an advantage. Language proficiency is required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
