Our core business focuses on brand management and distribution of premium beauty & fragrance brands, consumer electronics, and lifestyle home appliance brands across the APAC region. Role Summary Responsible for delivering creative solutions across multiple platforms and categories. Your work will directly shape the brand image and consumer experience of our products. This will be the sole design role in Hong Kong, offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of creative direction and design output. Key Responsibilities Visual Assets Creation: Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, posters, advertisements, digital graphics, and social media content. Branding: Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels. Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and cross‑functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and presentations. Digital Design: Create and update web banners, UI elements, eDM layouts, and other digital assets. Internal Communication: Design newsletters, reports, training materials, and company announcements. Production Coordination: Liaise with printers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure high‑quality production. Photography & Editing: Capture and edit product/event photos for listings and internal use. Event Support: Design event backdrops, invitations, and promotional materials. Retail Display Support: Assist with store display guidelines and monitor VM displays in retail chains. Retail Merchandise Ideas: Initiate creative concepts for POSM and GWP campaigns. Ad Hoc Requests: Provide timely design support for urgent or special projects. Ideal Candidates Degree holder in Design (Product, Industrial, Graphic, or related discipline) Minimum 3-4 years of design experience, preferably in beauty or fragrance brands, consumer electronics, home appliances brands or lifestyle brands Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Creative mindset with keen attention to detail An all‑rounder who is versatile across different design categories Terms & Benefits 5‑day work week Annual leave: 14 days (first year), up to 20 days maximum Medical insurance (covering staff and dependants) Personal accident insurance Competitive salary package with performance bonus TO APPLY For This Job Or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected to #J-18808-Ljbffr
