Assistant Product Manager - Medical Aesthetics & Beauty Brand (Brand Marketing) Headquartered in Hong Kong, Neo Derm Group Limited (Neo Derm) is the leading medical aesthetic enterprise operating over 28 medical beauty centers and 8 concept stores in prime business locations across Hong Kong and China with 1000+ employees. Responsibilities Develop marketing plan to expand user base and optimize retention with focus on consumer engagement and experience. Sustain top‑of‑mind brand awareness in the industry by creative branding campaigns. Lead the development of ATL communications for brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, MI/KOL endorsement, video production, media planning, and website development. Develop and execute customer acquisition and sales generation programs through digital platform to drive key performance metrics. Lead continuous analysis in customer needs together with market intelligence to identify areas for improvement to sharpen brand strategy and plans. Manage and allocate marketing fund to build the brand properly and optimize ROI. Skills and Qualifications Degree holder in Business or Marketing, or related disciplines. 5+ years solid experiences in consumer product marketing/brand marketing experience in the field of FMCG/skincare/healthcare/beauty industry is highly preferable. Experience in digital platform with social network and consumer relationship building. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, analytical, problem solving and communications skills. Creative and open‑minded, proactive, flexible, dynamic, resourceful and energetic. Strong consumer and marketing sense, and excited to innovate in a fast‑paced and rapidly expanding organization. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin. More experienced will be considered as Assistant Manager.
