Add expected salary to your profile for insights Job Summary As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships with our core clients. You will drive business growth and customer satisfaction, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market expansion plans within the logistics and supply chain sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for assigned key accounts to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored logistics and supply chain solutions. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain Solution, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling. Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and growth initiatives for senior management. Ensure effective risk management and compliance with company policies and client requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or related industries. Proven track record of managing key client relationships and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain processes, and the Hong Kong/regional market landscape. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or SAP is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
