Your New Role: As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be the bridge between our premium products and the industry's leading creators. Build & Manage Relationships: Actively develop and nurture long-term partnerships with architects, interior designers, main contractors, and property developers. Technical Specification & Consultation: Provide expert-level advice, conduct product presentations, and guide clients on the application of our premium materials for their projects. Drive Sales Performance: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. Project Coordination: Work closely with our internal operations and technical teams to ensure flawless project execution from specification to delivery. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to shape our business strategy. About You: Hold a University Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related discipline. Have at least 2 years of proven experience in specification sales, business development, or a related role within the building materials, interior design, or construction industry . Are a confident communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Are self-driven, results-oriented , and can work autonomously to manage your portfolio. Possess fluency in both English and Cantonese ; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
