Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our IT Sales team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth across our advanced Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Application portfolio . Depending on experience, candidates will be hired as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive (SSE) . The successful candidate will be a hunter and farmer, responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. Sales Manager: Proven track record of 3-5 years in IT Solutions Sales (Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, or IT Applications). Senior Sales Executive (SSE): Proven track record of 1-3 years in IT Solutions Sales. Demonstrable expertise and understanding of the IT solutions landscape, specifically Cloud Platforms, Cyber Security principles, and/or IT Application deployment. Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting. Strong business acumen and ability to map technical solutions to client business challenges. New Business Development: Aggressively prospect and generate new leads across target markets to build a robust sales pipeline. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics. Client Relationship Management (Account Management): Maintain and expand relationships with existing key clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Solution Presentation & Proposal: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and tailored solution proposals to executive-level stakeholders. Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and maintaining clean pipeline data in the CRM. Team Leadership & Mentorship (Sales Manager): Lead by example, provide guidance, and mentor junior sales team members to improve overall team performance. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position our solutions. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Trilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to serve our diverse client base. Strategic & Results-Oriented: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and maintain a relentless focus on results. Resilience: High level of professionalism, drive, and the ability to manage pressure and navigate complex sales cycles. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership potential/experience and ability to work effectively with internal technical and delivery teams.
