Commercial Banking – Global Payments Solutions Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one‑stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium‑sized businesses to publicly listed companies. Global Payments Solutions (GPS) offers a comprehensive range of cash management services, including account and deposit management, payments and remittance, collection and receivables services, liquidity management and digital channel solutions to our corporate and commercial banking customers. We provide tailored solutions to our corporate customers as well as industry‑sector specific solutions to our commercial banking customers. We are responsible for driving liabilities growth for the Commercial and Global Banking segments through the provision of leading cash management solutions. We also steer the transaction banking FX growth for the bank and focus on our customers’ needs in Greater China, aiming to be the chosen one‑stop cash management partner across mainland China and Hong Kong. We are currently seeking a high‑caliber professional to join our team as Solution Sales Manager, Global Payments Solutions. Work in close partnership with Commercial Banking Coverage and the wider Global Payments Solutions (GPS) teams to identify and develop business opportunities. Derive strategic client account plans for growth names and build sustainable pipelines to grow fee and deposit balance. Build strong relationship with the designated portfolio and deepen wallet shares through product and market penetration. Adopt a needs‑based advisory approach to understand customer requirements and share appropriate cash management solutions that meet those requirements. Strong in digital commercialization on market‑trended scopes including API, AI Generation, etc. Provide feedback to the Global Payments Solutions Product teams on the competitive market landscape and client‑specific requirements to help drive product enhancements and developments. Formulate, support, and drive Commercial Banking & GPS strategies, including participation in events, case study article writing, client testimonials, client planning, and wallet sizing activities. Manage stakeholder relationships across different departments within the bank and work closely for bank strategies. Collaborate with team members across the region in sales strategies, deal pipeline management, and conversion techniques. Deliver the financial and non‑financial targets assigned. Work closely with the GPS Implementation and Client Service teams to ensure smooth transition of client mandate into realised revenues and provide ongoing coverage in response to clients’ evolving challenges and requirements. Advise relationship management teams on market‑trend updates, competitors’ landscape, regulatory changes, etc., to help respond to emerging customer needs and opportunities. Maintain comprehensive sales records in a timely manner to allow tracking of sales and business performance and sales quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines. Proven experience in corporate cash and treasury sales management in leading financial institutions with proven sales track record. Knowledge of cash management products including payments, collection, liquidity solutions, and digital connectivity. Able to work under pressure with key performance indicators. Highly motivated and achievement driven with the ability to formulate and articulate sales strategies. Well‑developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Mandarin proficiency is considered an advantage. Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
