Location: Quarry Bay Nature: Permanent Job Title: Enterprise Account Development Manager (Telecom, ICT, Cloud, Cybersecurity – Greater China) Responsibilities Develop and expand business opportunities with a primary focus on the Greater China and Greater Bay Area markets. Achieve annual sales targets by proactively generating new revenue streams from corporate clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals. Deliver professional and persuasive presentations and proposals in both English and Chinese to senior-level executives. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and secure recurring business. Provide management with competitive market insights and client feedback to ensure solution relevance and differentiation. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes, including service delivery, billing, and collections. Support clients across Hong Kong, Greater China, Singapore, and other overseas markets, with occasional travel as required. Develop annual strategic sales action plans and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team. Evaluate and engage external vendors to support client solutions and comprehensive service delivery. Requirements Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Demonstrate a minimum of five to eight years of experience in business development or account management. Prior experience and network within the telecom, ICT, cloud, cybersecurity, or system integration industries are essential. Exhibit solid knowledge of telecommunications networks, including voice, data, WAN, data centers, and infrastructure technologies. Be familiar with ICT services such as unified communications, video conferencing, IT security, network optimization, and cloud solutions. Have sales experience and a network of fast-growing enterprises, specifically in the Greater Bay Area or Greater China, which is a strong advantage. Be skilled in delivering persuasive sales pitches, preparing comprehensive proposals, and handling tenders or RFP/RFQ processes. Be proficient in using Salesforce CRM, O365, and digital communication tools for effective pipeline and account management. Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, and the ability to project a positive professional image. Be fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin, and proficient in written English and Chinese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
