What You’ll Do Overview As the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing Communications, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing our brand strategy. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational excellence. Strategy and Planning Develop and lead the overarching strategy for integrated marketing campaigns, aligning with business objectives, brand positioning, and audience insights. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key campaign goals, target audiences, and success metrics. Create comprehensive campaign plans, including channel selection, content strategies, and timelines. Ensure campaigns effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition and drive consistency across all touchpoints. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute high-quality deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with regional marketing teams to set priorities, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks, ensuring brand consistency across regions. Collaborate with creative teams and functional leaders to create an annual global brand marketing calendar aligned with regional goals. Partner closely with creative, digital, product marketing, and PR teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, innovative, and aligned with brand guidelines. Work with analytics and insights teams to leverage data for campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. Project Management Manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Track campaign expenditures and provide regular updates to leadership on budget status. Deliver Brand Marketing OKRs at the Global Headquarters, implementing initiatives that support market expansion and growth strategies. Ensure that strategies and campaigns are aligned with regional dynamics and effectively executed at the local level. Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional partners to develop and implement the brand plan, including seasonal strategies and social media management (Facebook, Instagram). Track and measure the impact of local tactics and reactive actions—including storytelling, partnerships, consumer sentiment, awareness, and traffic—to assess brand equity. Core Skills Communications and Leadership : Able to provide strategic direction to managers. With strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to delivering results in complex environments. Marketing Expertise : Creative marketer with expertise in developing innovative campaigns with agencies and a deep understanding of local consumer behaviour, market trends, and the menswear/lifestyle industry. Team Management : Skilled in leading process improvements, managing operations, budget management, and supporting strategic and financial planning to drive organizational performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with 10 years of marketing experience. Prefer to have strategic planning or account servicing experience from creative agencies. Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong managerial skills with a reputation for flexibility and inspiration. Promotes a positive, honest, and supportive work environment. Willingness to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
