Brand & Marketing Manager As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the Hong Kong market. Your role will enhance brand awareness, drive market penetration, and support growth through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategy and integrated marketing plans for the Hong Kong market; Plan and execute online and offline brand promotion activities including social media, advertising, PR events, etc.; Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations; Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to local needs; Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI, continuously optimizing performance; Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, KOLs, agencies, and other partners; Regularly produce market reports and brand health assessments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in Fintech or technology industries; Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market, culture, media ecosystem, and consumer behaviour; Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus); Excellent project management, data analysis, and creative thinking skills; Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Google Analytics, or similar tools is preferred.
