Talent Acquisition @ OSL | Listed | Regulated | Crypto Trading Platform Role Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and support technical relationships with institutional and omnibus clients. This role involves overseeing integration projects, ensuring smooth technical onboarding, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Support the technical relationships OSL Digital Securities institutional and omnibus clients, including local and international banks and brokerages. Facilitate technical onboarding for these clients by liaising with the client to understand both business and technical requirements. Leverage knowledge of TradFi institutions, combined with understanding of OSL's stack to translate the client's needs into a solution as part of the "discovery" phase. Supporting clients through the integration process by handling technical queries, and ensuring the production connections are ready for launch. Act as an advocate for the client, by engaging with multiple internal business and technical teams to facilitate the process, e.g. Product, Business Development, Engineering (development and operations), Infrastructure. Provide testing, analysis, documentation (e.g., releases, API specs, diagrams), and demos. Support more strategic client-driven projects and strategic initiatives. Requirements Proficiency in Mandarin and English , both written and spoken. Proficiency in Cantonese would be a plus. Strong understanding of traditional finance (TradFi), electronic trading systems. Exposure to crypto/digital assets would be a strong plus. Familiarity with REST APIs , with experience in API testing and using tools such as Postman. Experience in Python Scripting would be a plus. Familiarity with FIX protocol and its use in financial integrations. Experience engaging directly with external clients, with strong communication and relationship management skills. Confidence in representing client needs when collaborating with internal teams like Product, Engineering, Business Development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable solutions.
