Responsibilities Social Media & Community Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across major Web3 platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and user engagement. Create, curate, and manage high‑quality, engaging content (posts, images, videos) to communicate our project’s vision and latest updates. Build a positive, active, and inclusive community atmosphere by interacting with users and responding promptly to inquiries. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize growth and engagement strategies. KOL & Influencer Management Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and content creators in different regions. Plan and execute end‑to‑end KOL marketing campaigns, including AMAs (Ask Me Anything), promotional campaigns, product reviews, and collaborative content. Manage KOL budgets, track campaign performance, and measure return on investment (ROI). Business Development & Partnerships Source, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with other Web3 projects, protocols, exchanges, and media outlets. Develop joint marketing plans and co‑marketing campaigns to drive mutual growth. Act as a primary representative of the project at online and offline industry events. Growth Initiatives Design and manage growth initiatives and promotional campaigns, such as airdrops, Gleam campaigns, and referral programs to acquire new users. Plan and host online/offline community events (such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and offline meetups). Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of practical experience in marketing, growth, or business development in the Web3/cryptocurrency field. Proven experience in growing social media channels (especially Twitter and Discord) and managing online communities. Extensive network and connections with Web3 KOLs, projects, venture capital firms, and exchanges. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the current Web3 landscape. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus).
