Field Marketing Manager – BytePlus – Hong Kong Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the Hong Kong market. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, strategy, sales and marketing to create a marketing plan using research and insights. Work closely with Sales/SE teams on pre/post event communications and marketing‑driven activities. Partner with marketing to create local campaigns, including promotional materials, events, and activations. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine campaigns. Build relationships with vendors and local partners to drive brand awareness and sales. Plan and execute events and activations (product launches, roundtables, workshops, webinars, trade shows), managing logistics. Track and analyze campaign results using data analytics tools; adjust execution as needed. Report on campaign successes to senior management with insights and recommendations. Craft compelling marketing copy and narratives in English and Chinese. Qualifications – Minimum At least 5 years of experience in field marketing. Strategic with strong execution skills. High oral and written fluency in Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders in Mainland China. Preferred Qualifications Project management and execution skills. Stakeholder management skills. Understanding and proven ability to develop strong marketing plans and deliver results. Ability to navigate ambiguity. Experience in AI marketing, especially generative AI or large language models, to technical and business audiences. Experience in developer & community marketing (hackathons, meetups, workshops).
