Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and performance feedback. Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Plan, coordinate, and oversee software development projects to ensure quality and timely delivery. Maintain IT policies, governance, and compliance with relevant standards. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with senior management and other departments to deliver impactful technology solutions. Support future initiatives in Cloud adoption, cybersecurity enhancement, and AI‑driven applications. Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally within retail or consumer‑facing businesses. Strong understanding of retail systems: POS, ERP, inventory, warehouse, and e‑commerce platforms. Technical expertise in software development and tools: C#, .NET Core, React.JS, TypeScript, MS-SQL, MongoDB. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD processes and Kubernetes deployments. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity best practices, and AI concepts is highly desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
