Senior Officer, Ecosystem Development

Assist in all-round administration for HSITP funding programmes, work with Programme Partners closely on application, initial assessment, vetting, move-in, orientation, training, milestone assessments etc. Prepare funding contracts and handle change requests, payment and reimbursements to the successful incubatees. Arrange visit-cum-interviews with applicant companies to ensure incubatees’ compliance with relevant guidelines. Prepare relevant reports and summary lists as required. Update of staff record of the start-ups in the CRM record and data maintenance Checking on reimbursement documents to ensure alignment with HSITPL’s compliance Disseminate the latest information on relevant government funding schemes to the technology start-ups and support them in applying the relevant funding. Handle enquiries about HSITP funding and support programs. Work closely with other divisions of HSITP to ensure the smooth operation of the Programs Perform other duties (such as event support) assigned by the line manager. Requirements: Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Science, Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent Minimum 5 years of work experience, prior experience in technology parks or startup incubators and funding programs is preferable Experience in project management, programme administration, database monitoring and event management preferred Knowledge of Hong Kong’s innovation and technology ecosystem is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Strong team player with detail-oriented, good time management and multi-tasking abilities Proven track record in managing multiple projects and operational workflows Frequent Travel or Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service will be available) Company Benefits: Competitive annual leave entitlement Medical benefits from Day-1 with extended coverage to dependent(s) Training sponsorship Professional membership fee reimbursement Personal data provided will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purpose only.
