We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing new businesses and providing workplace solutions for commercial real estate. Job Responsibilities Assist in developing new businesses and providing workplace solutions for commercial real estate under the direct supervision of experienced sales professionals. Identify potential clients and research connections to turn cold calls into warm calls for potential sales opportunities. Cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking, identifying potential customers and generating leads. Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients and gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials. Compile property data for clients, including market research, summary reports, status updates, and presentations for potential clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. 2-3 years of relevant work experience; sales experience is a plus. Sales-driven and passionate about Business Development, seeking opportunities for career advancement. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; a cheerful, outgoing, and self-motivated team player. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
