Our client is a privately owned MNC company with over 1,000 employees across HK, China and South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Maintain adherence to all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers on employee-related issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Experience in the FMCG, Mass Retail, Shipping or Logistic industry preferred; multinational experience in these sectors is a plus.
  • Must have led a Regional team across China & South East Asia.
  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances and other related regulations in China.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
