Marketing Business Development Manager

Responsible for customer retention and loyalty campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis and overseeing execution; developing and driving marketing strategies and plans, including campaigns, events, social media, digital marketing and PR, etc. to expand market share, improve customer engagement, identify new growth opportunities and pursue aggressive sales targets; reviewing current workflow of sales team, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions; forecasting realistic sales volume and ensuring all parties are aligned; playing a leading role in refining the team structure and architecture to maximize ROI and business impact; recommending new products, services and promotions based on customer needs analysis; sharing new and emerging practices that provide a competitive edge in customer acquisition and retention; leading the Sales and Marketing Team with strong leadership qualities alongside a small team of marketing executives; and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned. Forecast realistic sales volume and ensure all parties concerned are geared accordingly. Play a leading role in refining the structure and architecture of the team to maximize ROI and business impact, and achieve sales targets. Recommend new products, services and promotions based on customer needs analysis. Share new and emerging practices that provide a competitive edge in customer acquisition and retention. Lead the Sales and Marketing Team with strong leadership qualities, together with a small team of marketing executives. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field. 5+ years in senior marketing roles with hands‑on experience. Proven track record in lead generation and client retention. Strong creativity, analytical and communication skills. Confident, dynamic, result‑driven, persuasive communicator with the ability to manage a small team, influence and work well with functional teams. Ability to make quick and smart decisions under short turnaround time. Fluent in spoken and written English is a must (close to native is a plus). Knowledge of local and international educational systems and/or experience working in the educational field preferred but not essential.
