Human Resources Manager at NTK Academic Group Responsibilities Responsible for customer retention and loyalty campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis and overseeing execution. Developing and driving Marketing strategies and plans, including campaigns, events, social media, digital marketing and PR, etc. to expand market share, improve customers engagement, identify new growth opportunities and pursue aggressive sales target. Review current workflow of sales team, identify areas that need improvement and take necessary corrective actions. Forecast realistic sales volume and ensure all parties concerned are geared accordingly. Play a leading role in refining the structure and architecture of the team with an aim of maximizing ROI and business impact, and achieving sales target. Recommend new products, services and promotions based on customer needs analysis. Share new and emerging practices that provide a competitive edge in customer acquisition and retention. Lead the Sales and Marketing Team with strong leadership qualities, together with a small team of marketing executives. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field. 5+ years in senior marketing roles with hands on experience. Proven track record in leads generation and client retention. Strong creativity, analytical and communication skills. A confident, dynamic, result‑driven, persuasive communicator with the ability to manage a small team, able to influence and work well with other functional teams. Ability to make quick and smart decisions under short turnaround time. Fluent in spoken and written English a must (close to native a plus). Knowledge of local and international educational systems and/or experience working in educational field preferred but not essential.
