We are seeking a skilled Deputy General Manager (DGM) to join our team and oversee key aspects of our operations, including construction quality control and internal auditing. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are executed to the highest quality standards and within budget and timelines. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications throughout all phases of construction. Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, providing actionable insights for improvement. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to address project challenges and maintain strong working relationships. Prepare detailed reports on project performance, quality control measures, and audit findings, presenting these to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Significant experience in construction project management with a focus on quality control and internal auditing. Experience in PRC (People’s Republic of China) projects is a significant advantage, demonstrating familiarity with relevant regulations and standards. Strong understanding of construction processes, quality management systems, and audit methodologies. Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence while managing multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
