About the job Deputy General Manager (Innovation) Position Deputy General Manager (Innovation) Company A Hong Kong listed property developer. Location Hong Kong Report to Head of Innovation Job Summary To support the Head of Innovation to drive and develop the Groups innovation strategies and design long term road map to stay ahead of competition. The incumbent will focus on collaboration internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders (government bodies, institutions, universities, and business partners) to explore new technologies, develop new products and roll out new services to create positive impact to the business growth and the community. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective campaigns and programs to promote the Groups innovation development. Build and maintain relationship with key external and internal stakeholders; to stay up to date with market trend and technology development. Identify and implement effective innovation offerings and services to add value to the business of the Group and the community at large. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management for innovation project Execution. Provide leadership to team members. Requirements A bachelors or masters degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Preferably previous working experience in conglomerates, Big 4 consulting, IT companies, etc. Holding senior position in Director level and above with minimum 10 years from technology related industry. Previous working experience in technology NGO or government bodies is a plus. Good connection with NGOs, universities, government bodies and vendors in HK and GBA related to technology and innovation. Strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation skill, excellent communication, and good stakeholders management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
