About the role China International Freight (H.K.) is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team in Kowloon. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and strategic direction of the company. What you’ll be doing Assisting the CEO in overseeing all day‑to‑day business operations and targeting the China market, ensuring efficient company running. Leveraging a strong network in Chinese laws and participating in the development and implementation of business strategies and policies. Supervising and managing a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Liaising with clients, partners and other stakeholders to address queries and maintain strong relationships. Analyzing data, identifying trends and providing recommendations to drive business growth and improvement. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures. Representing the company at industry events and meetings as required. What we’re looking for Extensive experience (5+ years) in an administrative or managerial role, preferably within the freight or logistics industry. Strong understanding of office management principles and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in the PRC market, with the ability to build effective relationships. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve business objectives. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite. Native in Mandarin and fluency in English. Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
