Factory Deputy General Manager (Station in PRC) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Handle the day-to-day operations of the plant Coordinate the planning and management of production, safety, fire protection, environmental protection, logistics, material storage and other plant affairs Coordinate, communicate and cooperate among all departments in the factory in order to improve management efficiency Manage the production schedule, delivery and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs Develop performance standards, supervise staff regularly, give advice and monitor staff performance assessment Job Requirements Associate Degree or above Good leadership skills, problem solving skills and good communication skills Proactive, diligent, self‑motivated and accountable for responsibilities With more than 10 years of work experience, at least 5 years in the factory management, have solid experiences in working for large and medium-sized factory experience is preferred Station in China or Southeast Asia Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited, a listed company in HK since 2003, is one of the global leading paper manufacturers with numerous factories located in different provinces of China.
