Act as digital platform and product owner to drive digital innovation & customer experience, and manage day-to-day digital business for the bank. Identify, plan and implement digital business opportunities with ultimate targets of digital acquisition, revenue and usage. Implement innovation and enhancement throughout the whole project development cycle as business user. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery such as business case & requirement preparation, idea clearance, risk & compliance clearance, UAT management, business deployment activities and post-launch promotion activities. Work closely with products owners for latest product development. Provide support to digital banking projects by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors as well as ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations and ordinances. Plan and execute marketing programs for online products and services. Responsible for BAU activities such as incident handling, regulatory and MIS reporting.
