Manager, Business Development (China Digital Advertising - Sales Focus) We are seeking a results-driven Sales Hunter to join our expanding team. Your primary mission will be to drive new business revenue by selling our China-focused digital advertising solutions (specializing in Xiaohongshu and Douyin) to brands and agencies in Hong Kong. This is a frontline sales role where you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. What You're Expect to Do Prospect, pitch, and close new business to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for gross profit and new client acquisition. Actively hunt for and identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client segments to build a robust sales pipeline. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and advertising agencies. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends, client needs, and the evolving China digital ecosystem (especially XHS and Douyin) to effectively position our solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign onboarding and contribute to product development based on market feedback. Who You Are A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or new business development, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Direct experience selling digital advertising solutions, preferably within an agency, ad‑tech platform, media publisher, or digital sales house. Solid understanding of the China digital advertising landscape. Specific experience with the sales and advertising ecosystems of Xiaohongshu (XHS) and/or Douyin is a significant advantage. A strong existing network of contacts (brands and agencies) in the Hong Kong market is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly. A strategic, target‑driven hunter who is self‑motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Full professional proficiency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
