My client, a leading bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a Business Analyst with AML system exposure. Responsibilities Responsible for Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and anti‑fraud business requirements analysis, including but not limited to customer due diligence (KYC), transaction monitoring rules, suspicious transaction reporting (STR), and customer risk rating scenarios—covering research, analysis, and documentation of requirements. Support the full lifecycle of AML and anti‑fraud system development, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams to align on requirement details, clarify logic, and ensure system functionalities meet compliance and risk control objectives. Participate in business rule optimization and validation, assisting with functional testing and business verification of AML and anti‑fraud systems. Maintain requirement logs, draft business documentation, track implementation progress, and evaluate system go‑live effectiveness. Facilitate cross‑department and team communication, collecting, tracking, analyzing, and resolving business issues encountered during system usage, and driving cross‑functional requirement implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in banking system, UAT, or e‑channels platform projects. Familiarity with e‑channels platforms (e.g., retail / corporate online banking and products, mobile apps, banking systems and workflows) / leveraged forex and securities dealing processes / Bank’s securities products. Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., JIRA or similar). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Immediately available is preferred. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with strong Chinese documentation writing skills. Please note that only short‑listed candidates will be notified.
