Work with Research management and staff to identify product requirements and create and own the product roadmap for Research platforms Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and analyze data to drive product design Translate business' requirements to user-friendly and efficient Research systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs Work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business stakeholder needs Conduct user research and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Ensure that the Research platform are integrated with other systems and tools Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement Partner with Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements Work with business to define data administration and document governance Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 8 - 10 years of work experience as a BA or similar role, with a focus on leading Research development projects Previous experience in equity research or related firm wide client portal is essential Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly. Strong working knowledge of SQL to perform data analysis and identify data-driven solutions. Strong understanding of product management, IT solutions, and client portal development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
