Corporate Actions Senior Business Analyst Join Societe Generale as a Corporate Actions Senior Business Analyst. This role focuses on driving business analysis, process optimization, and functional support across our corporate actions functions. Reference 25000NXT Responsibilities Identify and document problems, opportunities, and solutions in a structured manner. Produce high-quality artifacts (BRDs, user stories, process flows) with attention to detail and adherence to Agile methodologies. Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Partner with developers to implement enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Manage activities of different IT contributors within the project respecting constraints of scope, quality, time and costs, to deliver specified requirements. Develop new test cases and improve existing ones to enhance efficiency and coverage. Validate solutions against business requirements and ensure robust quality assurance. Perform detailed functional analysis of user queries and issues, delivering accurate, efficient resolutions and maintaining transparency with stakeholders. Ensure smooth execution of production processes related to feature development, user process implementation and acceptance testing by offering timely functional expertise and troubleshooting. Maintain updated procedures, manuals and documentation for the application, aligned with the latest functional and application architectures. Continuously review and refine workflows to improve operational efficiency. Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver measurable value. Help users prioritize and make decisions based on risks, stakes and expected outcomes; perform impact assessment, user communication and training, launch and implementation. Work with application team, IT security managers, project managers, business managers and architects to ensure functional, operational, technical compatibility and satisfaction of user requests. Qualifications 6‑8 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services or back‑office processing as business analyst, systems analyst, system tester, project manager or business consultant. Experience in modeling and optimizing business processes and translating them into functional specifications. Strong knowledge of business processes formalised in diagrams using Microsoft Visio or other process modelling tools. Practical knowledge of business analysis and optimisation (CBAP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma). Languages: English mandatory; French a plus. Experience on IT or banking projects is highly valued. Project management knowledge (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) considered a plus. Experience in test strategy, test plan and functional test case execution; conducting functional reviews and training sessions. Hands‑on skills in SQL queries, handling APIs/Swaggers, opening/reading XML files.
