Bridging People and Opportunities | Nicoll Curtin We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance systems to support a large‑scale consulting engagement within the insurance sector. This individual will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams, driving clarity in requirements, and supporting future‑state system design. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable operating in complex, stakeholder‑heavy environments. Responsibilities Participate in and facilitate vendor demonstrations, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders. Work closely with client IT teams to consolidate, validate, and document current‑ and future‑state system artefacts, including system flows, interface inventories, and related technical documentation. Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear, accurate, and actionable deliverables. Ensure alignment between business needs, system capabilities, and proposed solutions within the insurance domain. Support the design of future‑state processes and systems by identifying gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. Act as a key liaison between consulting teams, client IT, and business stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of outputs. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts , processes, and policy administration systems. Proven experience facilitating workshops, vendor demos, and structured discovery sessions. Hands‑on experience producing and reviewing system documentation, including system flows and interface inventories. Ability to work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Comfortable working in consulting environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines. This is a contract role based in Hong Kong. #J-18808-Ljbffr
