Location: Southern District, Hong Kong SAR. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across various departments. Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in current processes and systems. Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and provide insights on best practices. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on requirements and solutions. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Develop business cases to support proposed changes and obtain necessary approvals. Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Maintain up-to-date records of all analysis and findings. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that changes are implemented as intended. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project progress and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
