Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst (Banking) Take the lead in gathering and analyzing user requirements , and deliver innovative, best-practice solutions that drive business success. Bridge communication between users and technical teams to ensure every business need is clearly defined and flawlessly implemented. Transform business requirements into precise technical specifications that developers can act on with confidence. Support system integration testing and UAT , ensuring smooth transitions and top-quality deliverables. Develop engaging training materials and confidently conduct end-user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline . 1–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking sector. Proven track record in leading requirement-gathering meetings , collaborating on solutions, and resolving challenges effectively. Highly organized , self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese ; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
