Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst Responsibilities Perform change analysis, identify new features/services to deliver effective enhancements in I.T. projects. Manage requirements throughout the project life‑cycle, including but not limited to initial scoping and discovery analysis, and documentation of requirements. Identify business needs and ensure optimal solutions design based on the requirement. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive projects to successful completion. Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to stakeholders throughout the project. Perform ad‑hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Degree holder in Computer Science or Business related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst role. Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer, technical and operational considerations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and negotiating effectively with stakeholders to align diverse objectives. Proficient in SQL programming and database design is must; hands‑on experience with Python programming will be an advantage. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (include Putonghua).
