From sleepwear and bedding to eye masks, socks and slippers , this role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and project leadership to bring premium travel products to life, in collaboration with global brands and suppliers. ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION Lead end-to-end product, project, and programme development , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage supplier relationships , monitor project timelines, and conduct cost analyses to optimize resources. Define product specifications and establish testing protocols , ensuring compliance with industry standards. Coordinate order follow-ups with factories and internal teams , ensuring client requirements are met and deliveries are on schedule. Liaise with vendors and factories to implement corrective actions and resolve production or quality challenges efficiently. Oversee product sampling for lab testing , ensuring timely execution and follow‑up on results. Develop and maintain a comprehensive textile material database , including catalogues, specifications, and sourcing information. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support business growth and expand sourcing options. Support business needs through domestic and international travel as required to meet project objectives. REQUIREMENTS Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related disciplines With 8‑10 years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years specifically in Home Textiles In‑depth knowledge of fabric construction, garment production processes, and logistics in the industry Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to establish relationships with vendors and cross‑functional teams Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented, and time‑sensitive environment Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Interested parties, please click APPLY NOW to submit your full resume with current and expected salary and availability to us.
