Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Develop new corporate clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, with a focus on strategic gifting needs. Drive business development initiatives to expand market coverage and unlock new B2B opportunities. Lead product proposal development, supplier coordination, quotation, and order follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and service excellence. Support execution of Group-level gifting projects and strategic campaigns. Monitor market trends and client feedback to optimize offerings and engagement strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or client management, preferably in luxury or gifting sectors. Strong corporate client network, with proven experience in Hong Kong and Macau markets. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong proposal and negotiation capabilities. High sense of ownership and execution, able to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office.
