Onboarding Management: Lead end-to-end onboarding process for new members, including introducing policies, facilitating internal certification, and managing the access approval process to ensure a compliant and efficient experience. Business Operations: Execute and support core business processes for member institutions, including card acquiring, card issuing, and remittance services. Conduct on-site visits for new members and administer market research surveys. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Some initial experience in an operational role is required. Prior work experience in a financial institution is preferred. Possess data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and support decision-making. Fundamental understanding of bank cards (debit/credit), including product features and market basics. Strong professional ethics and dedication, with a high sense of responsibility. Excellent cross-cultural communication and team collaboration skills, enabling effective work in a multicultural environment. Meticulous, patient, and thorough in completing tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required. All candidates will be fairly assessed, with due consideration given to the relevance of their background to the role's requirements.
