About the Job The Solution Architect will play a key role in designing and delivering integrated solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Solution Architect will translate business requirements into clear architectural designs and guide delivery teams through implementation. Responsibilities Design and maintain solution architecture for business applications, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and scalability for future growth Translate business requirements into comprehensive solution designs, including application, integration, and data architecture Develop and maintain architectural artifacts to support clarity and governance Drive IT governance processes, including design reviews and adherence to architecture standards Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate trade-offs and communicate technical concepts effectively Provide guidance to engineering teams during implementation, ensuring design integrity and compliance with security and performance standards Support modernization initiatives, including migration strategies and integration patterns for legacy and new systems Contribute to technology evaluations and vendor solution assessments for business applications Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, and performance Qualifications At least 6–8 years of experience in solution design and architecture in insurance, health services sectors or System Integrator Proven experience delivering business applications (policy administration, claims, billing or digital platforms) Strong knowledge of system design principles, architectural patterns, and integration strategies Expertise in application architecture modelling, data architecture modelling, and solution portfolio management Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, or GCP) application design Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and influence decisions Salary: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
