Manager, Solution Architect & Development Fujitsu Kwun Tong District, Hong Kong SAR We are seeking an experienced and visionary Manager, Solution Architect & Development to lead our team of Solution Architects specializing in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services. This critical leadership role involves guiding a team to design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that meet the complex business needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in these domains, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successful solution delivery and team management in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on technical excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify professional development opportunities. Orchestrate workload distribution, project assignments, and resource allocation. Drive best practices in solution design, documentation, and technical sales support. Solution Strategy & Design: Oversee the development of comprehensive, end‑to‑end solution architectures across IT Infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, cloud), Cybersecurity (network security, data security, identity & access management, compliance), and Managed Services. Ensure architectural designs align with client business objectives, technical requirements, budget constraints, and industry best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, articulate, and compelling proposals and presentations. Pre‑Sales & Client Engagement: Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert in high‑stakes client engagements, providing strategic guidance and ensuring architectural integrity. Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and project delivery teams to define scope, estimate effort, and secure new business opportunities. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to articulate proposed solutions and address technical concerns. Technical Governance & Assurance: Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and governance processes. Conduct technical reviews and assure the quality and viability of proposed solutions. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the solution lifecycle. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to implementation and ongoing managed services. Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution architecture methodologies, tools, and processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in IT solution architecture, technical consulting, or engineering. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, leading a team of architects or senior technical professionals. Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed service solutions for enterprise clients. Technical Expertise (Deep knowledge required in at least two areas, strong understanding in all): IT Infrastructure: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud), Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, SmartX HCI, Sangfor HCI), Server/Storage technologies, Networking (LAN/WAN, SDN). Cybersecurity: Security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), endpoint security, network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS), SIEM, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, incident response. Managed Services: ITIL processes, service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring tools, automation, and operational best practices for managing IT environments. Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client‑f.
