Job Summary As a Solution Architect Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Solution Architects in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing materials for customer meetings, consolidating meeting notes, identifying action items, and assisting with client-facing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements. Key Responsibilities Prepare Customer Meeting Materials : Create high-quality demo materials, PowerPoint presentations, and other collateral to support Solution Architects in customer meetings, ensuring content is clear, professional, and aligned with client needs. Consolidate Meeting Notes : Attend customer meetings (virtual or in-person), take detailed notes, and consolidate them into concise, actionable summaries for internal teams and clients. Identify and Track Action Items : Review meeting outcomes to identify action items, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-up tasks are clearly documented and communicated. Support Client Engagements : Assist in preparing for and participating in client discussions, workshops, or demos, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of Dify.ai’s value proposition. Travel Readiness : Be prepared to travel occasionally for on-site client meetings, workshops, or events, as needed (travel expenses covered by Dify.ai). Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with Solution Architects, product teams, and marketing to ensure alignment on customer requirements and deliverables. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on Dify.ai’s platform features, AI trends, and industry best practices to contribute effectively to client solutions. Qualifications Education : Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Skills : Strong proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids. Excellent note-taking and organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with AI, software development, or SaaS platforms is a plus. Basic understanding of solution architecture concepts or customer‑facing technical roles is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Slack). Soft Skills : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly. Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or in a team. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Travel : Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events (valid passport and flexibility for domestic/international travel, if applicable). Preferred Qualifications Experience creating customer‑facing materials, such as presentations or demos. Interest in AI technologies, cloud platforms, or solution architecture.
